Privacy, in plain English
The joke stays in the room.
We keep what the game needs, count whether it works, and leave your sense of humour out of your professional life.
What the game needs
While you play, we keep your temporary guest ID, display name, seat, private hand, submitted cards, score, and connection status. That is how the game remembers who you are, keeps hands private, and gets everyone through the same round.
What we count
We may count starts, successful joins, completed games and rounds, city editions, reconnects, rematches, and optional feedback or event requests. These counts help us find broken flows and make the game easier to run.
What we never count
We do not put prompts, cards, answers, submissions, or humour preferences into analytics. We never use your gameplay for recruiting, job assessment, lawyer profiling, firm intelligence, or market research.
How long we keep it
Abandoned games expire automatically. Our target is to delete or de-identify raw round submissions within 30 days, while anonymous reliability totals may stay longer.
If you ask us to reply
Playing never signs you up for marketing. If you request a physical game, event, custom edition, or Lexter follow-up, we keep that request separately and use it only for the reply you asked for.
